Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Beachfitters Sunglass Shoppe. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our customer service team is here to help. Please do not ship the product back to us without starting a return on our website. If you are local and purchased through our website you can visit our store and work directly with one of our sales associates to process your return.

Our return process is very easy, and you will receive notifications throughout the process.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

 To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval for your refund.

After your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.


You will receive a return shipping label by email that you can print out and use to return your purchase.

We highly recommend using the original shipping box or a similar type of box to protect the product during shipping. You are responsible for the cost of damage to the product during shipping if not shipped in the recommended shipping box.

 Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Gift Cards

Only physical products can be refunded, unfortunately gift cards cannot be refunded.

 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your payment account again. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
