Thanks for visiting and shopping at Beachfitters Sunglass Shoppe. We accept orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Priority Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Auburn, Alabama via USPS, following the standard services available by USPS.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Priority and Priority Express orders placed before 12:00pm CST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Priority Express orders placed after 12:00pm CST will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Beachfitters does not process shipments on Sunday or holidays. The USPS holiday schedule can be viewed on their website.
Beachfitters offers our customers free USPS First Class Package shipping to all U.S. states and territories. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the free shipping option has a lower priority during processing and shipping.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 1 week of the delivery date in the tracking information. We will contact our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will re-ship your order to you at no charge.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
All taxes, duties, and custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.
